Looks like you're making some good progress. We have now discovered a similar problem. Initially we thought the rot was just in one corner where the panel had been damaged but it seems it's the whole back end :( . Going to have to take out part of the side uprights and a section of the lower floor panel across the widest part at the back. Going to be a tough job as we don't have a workshop big enough to do it under cover, let's hope we have a dry autumn.

Nothing further last weekend as we went to a family do. Could have done with the demountable! !
Anyway painted first coat white on the jack legs. Just drying now in the workshop.
Hopefully be able or to get some time on it this coming weekend.

Is there an option to check the legs for corrosion inside while off camper?

Noticed it was hard work winding one of mine down yesterday, stripped it apart and found the ACME threaded bar inside completely dry & (if not rusty) exactly,
anyway wiped some grease over the thread and reassembled it again and much better.

Which reminds me Zildjian, did you either find any of the black leg mech caps you thought you might have, or a supplier of a good fit, every one I have bough off ebay is the wrong size.
