Re: Using the Channel Tunnel
Depends on what you want but there are plenty of Aires available for cheap camping
Might be worth a look on wildcamping.co.uk there is plenty of info on there and if you join you have access to loads of wild camp spots which are free

Re: All new Double Cab/UK market demountable camper!
If it's for the UK which side will the door be on looks wrong side in the drawings Our campers are especially popular with those planning extended tours outside of UK so more often than not are specified with right side door. No problem either way though as we can mirror the whole thing. The first ...

Heat over winter
Do any of you keep any heat in the camper over winter?
I have just fitted a 450w convector heater in the camper for use when we have mains hook up which should be enough to keep the chill off during the night.
I'm thinking of leaving it in a low setting while it's sat on the drive.

Re: Today I
Didn't get pics this time as it was dark when I arrived and dark when I left.
If we go next week it will be for two nights so water use will be interesting.
It's all a learning curve but it's one reason we went for a demountable so we could be self contained when wild camping.

Re: Today I
Back home now. All was good had the heater on minimum all night which is equivalent to 550w and it kept the camper at a comfy temperature. I took some getting to sleep as it was a bit strange being out in the sticks on my own and I was wondering how much snow there would be this morning. William was...
