Private messages in outbox

I've tried to respond to a PM but the message seems to sit in my outbox and doesn't appear in my sent folder. Is this normal?

It says it was sent succesfully but I have no way of knowing if the other party received it.

OK Ralph, although everything appears at least in order with your account can you make a screenshot of your mailbox
(as I don't have access to personal level stuff)
and I'll forward it on to my man to investigate in more detail,
I'm waiting on a reply from L' as to what He's seeing or not seeing

No Alex, I think in your instance it was the .CA webmail address our hositng Co rejected
