'Look at life' TV series

At a loose end I've been watching these short Rank organisation films from the 60's.

Some of them were broadcast this year and they show life in the UK from various perspectives
Motor cars, hovercraft, London Taxi's, the Aircraft industry, town planning, computing.

Each is about 20mins long and feature various level of engineer, boffins & everyone else as they go about their daily life
most of them puffing away furiously on pipes & roll-ups,
haven't found for camping yet although I'm sure I will

think that series was a Beeb4 offering and we saw one or two of them as well
