' Fully functional. Gas,
water (needs a new fresh water tank), heating, and refrigerator are working.
A specialist workshop also performed a leak test, which was fine. the bed measures 2m to 1.40m and can be enlarged to 2mx2m.

There's a seating area, illuminated awning, a wet room with a toilet, sink, and window.
There's no shower or hot water, a solar panel, plenty of cupboards and storage compartments, and sleeps 4.
All windows have fly screens and blackout blinds. There's a gas compartment for two 5kg gas bottles.
Price is negotiable upon viewing.
