I haven't paid for mine yet either. Will deal with that when we get back from Portugal.

I spend half my life on the move. I'll throw stuff in a rucksack just before I drive to Stansted ;)

Oh so sorry to see that, what a pain, the bloke I bought my demountable from, who sold them as a business at one time, also ran a Navarra D40, suggested beefed up springs rather than Air bags, perhaps thats why, agree beter to get it sorted at home, personally I would go for the repatriation option , bonus is you wont have to pay for fuel.
Good luck

That looks like my worst nightmare Grant
After just getting back from my second Hebridean bumpy single track tour for 2014. I'll be taking the Navara to my mates workshop this week & getting it on the ramp for a full inspection.
I hope you get it sorted one way or the other, even if it's just temporary repairs to get you home ;)

I'll bet those roads must be fairly punishing, especially on a component not included in the original vehicle as well

Just found this article from 2013 & as they're all made in Spain & yours falls between the mentioned dates.
Then just maybe you might be able to fire it back at Nissan ?
I'm not sure that there was a UK recall for this problem but deffo worth looking in to ?

When I owned a D22 it had the known engine issues and I remember a few of the owners over on nissan portal having some success (with badgering) with Nissan UK,

Still not heard from Grant BTW,
he has my phone number but not the other way around.
