Look... we demountablers are hardened independent travelers... no neatly mown pitches and insistence on every touring accessory for us. Definitely non of those blown-air clothes driers things, or pitch markers, or flagpoles... or or

We make fires and catch otters (or whatever) to roast... We carry the things for a meager existence in our 'survival' pods...and can ✖ deserts (or Northamptonshire)..and climb mountains - even in Norfolk!

Bring your caravanesque trappings to the summer meet and we will have a bonfire of such fripperies...

*cough* oh, ..not sure what happened there, went a bit Braveheart ..

Thems fine words, stirring stuff, enough to get the blood going. I think they could be turned into an anthem to be sung whenever three or more of us are present. Oh shit, what am I saying? Shoot me now!

Just funning with you. Lol. Anyway you should be using a solar still to recycle your waste water, swimming naked in Loch Ness, running around Ben nevis chasing haggis out of season. Oh no! There I go again!

Have you spotted this is a fun forum with no stuffed shirts, just nice folk helping each other along.

Btw, you will need the mirrors extended in most countries in Europe, including here, so you can buy my old pair if you want as I've slimmed down my rig and no longer need them.

   it's very much like an old forum I was involved in. nothing wrong with a light hearted p**s take.

As for the mirrors I have a few sets from various vehicles as we have been caravanning for 12 years but I still don't like them. Will have to see what fits best.

If i make it to the social gathering I'll need a kit list so I don't fetch the wrong stuff.

Or I could just bring the caravan
