I think we'll have to do the 'carfest' thing, one south and one north.

Depending on how many are coming, I can sort a half/full firkin of local ale or party kegs. Hanlons Brewery are looking to supply me with some for my Birthday bash and Yellowhammer's a fantastic beer.

The site looks to ✔ most boxes for most people i would of thought, it does for me and someones mentioned Real Ale, Yep, it's looking like a Goer.

I can understand the travelling for some, so, could we do the two do's that would suit Everyone?

I understand the travel distance concerns for a weekend away. However, given sufficient planning time, like this far in advance, I look to make more of a holiday at bike events further afield, usually travelling Thursday and making a long weekend or week trip.
The main problem with trying to accommodate everyone by holding an event in the middle of the country, is that you'll go to the same places and see the same things every year, which gets tiresome after a while. It's also not entirely fair on travel for everyone, as those that live in the middle of the UK get the benefit of a jolly down the road, meanwhile, the rest of us have to travel a distance every time. I think a good option is to hold events around the country each year, favouring different people in different regions each time. Much fairer and you can't please all the people all of the time. This gives you the added benefit of seeing new areas of the country with people that have local knowledge to show you around and recommend places to see and go.

Thats a lovely area, the site has a picture of what looks like the beach at Beer haven't been there for a long while,
and anywhere on that jurassic coast and Lyme bay has enough to keep you looking for a week I'd have said

Seaton itself is pretty nice though as are most of those little towns on that bay and we weren't far from there year before last I think,
dont know this camp site but its web site looks quite good with the light aircraft where a caravan might normally stand

The locals term Seaton as the crap hole of The Jurassic Coast as it's easily the worst looking town in the area. That said, it does have a rather good, award winning chippy! At the other end of the tram-way you have Colyton, which is a superb, large village and well worth a drive though and walk around.
