Revving down for the weekend although going to look at a couple of tractors, unable to find anyone reliable to come out and top the grass on paddocks
last contestant managed about 40' before his mower failed spectaculaly and he limped off home unpaid

Maybe on Sunday when they're back to finish up. I'm looking at ten thousand year old fossilised beach. You could use it as building sand from about 30cm deep below the so-called topsoil. We're wondering where the cable run to my workshop runs in the ground. Not found it yet.

That's the armoured MAINS cable. I don't have a phone in my workshop yet. We have mobile phones now in Scotland. No signal much of the time though.

I'm Brilliant at finding power cables with excavators... my score is three now. i always wear rubber boots (and pants) now.

I knew someone out in the middle of nowhere in a field with his crew did just that, severed a US military cable!

had the Helicopter and black suits out in no time at all, steely eyed agency types asking probing questions 8-)

Our last paddock had a gas main across bottom end, those big orange bollards concreted into hedges either end so an aircraft can see its path country, with this picture in mind

I was hugely careful digging out holes with tractor bucket for gateposts
