Just had breakfast after first night in the new camper. :D
Nolan has put the eyes on the pickup and we'll put the two together this morning.

Waiting for a farmer to show up, dunno where his house is to view tractor, have to wait in a layby for him to drive by and scope' me out first before revealing himself and driving me to view it.

The fergie looks like it's been amateur restored to death. The blue leyland tractor is nowhere near as quirky. Hard choices. Buy both.

Tranny needs a turning/parking space. I can't drive it with as little concern as I previously did with my truck so I'm making sure I can drive into and out of our back garden. I hired a man and digger, so envious, I wish it was my digger. Boyhood notions eh!

Last time this sand saw the light was about ten thousand years ago, during the last ice-age. This was the beach then and its several metres above the current level of the beach. So 10,000 years has produced just about 30cm of topsoil.

If you plan to cut the grass on rainy days, buy that ugly, but funny Leyland, if you cut the grass on sunny days, nothing beats the vintage charm of the Ferguson.
