Demountable camper group

Actually I've seen a crate of those at work I might try that, and i'd really like one of those rooflights though I might have to get some help making sure it went into place right

The noise issue was one of the reasons for letting our big camper go. Kathy found she could not sleep if it was raining as it seemed to resonate like a drum and amplify the sound of each falling drop.

(Pictures will duly appear) but I've substituted our microwave oven beneath sink for a small gas 'Tin front' oven,
I found one that just fits beneath sink outlet and hob, I did have to remove the cabinet door but it would have been in the way in any case,
For gas I've added a 'T' piece and braided hose to oven, a 3" fan built into the new surround will draw the heat in use out into the camper.

After work this evening I'm about to finish up the loose ends and take some pictures

Without the fan I could feel the steel sink heating up pretty quickly, with fan now though the heat is drawn away quickly,

Not entirely sure with these ealier ovens just how you regulate the heat,
Just pointing a laser temperature gun in through doorway tells us its heating up to max of 200 deg, so I imagine trial and error turning it down bit at a time to control it

That all looks very neat I have to say. Temperature is pretty much on the raw/burnt scale.. but you'll get the hang of it. Or die of food poisoning.

For the H&S elves amongst us I should probably add there IS a small fuse installed in the fan's power cicuit though it drawers only O.8 A I think.

Also we do have fire fighting equipment to hand less the pies and such get away from us

yes a constant series of inspecting progress is recomended which I suppose is where the later glass (doored) ovens would be better
thos earlier ones are fine all the same just be observant

Finished my raised floor yesterday

Looks very neat is there any space beneath that or is it boxed in?
