HERE

The number one source for donated organs is from those who die in car accidents. That will likely decline once self-driving cars become a normal sight on America’s roadways

Odd side effect but whether that would also make insurance redundant is still to be seen

And on the other side of the equation, if you no longer need to stay sober to use your car - could there be an increase in alcohol problems resulting in an increased need for liver transplants

Also, could it see the death of the traditional German sports saloon - everyone would want something like a VW California so they can sit watching TV, working or eating while travelling, and sleep on longer journeys (leave after work Friday night, sleep in the vehicle and wake up in the South of France). Would hurt the budget hotel / motel business  .

Main source of ready spare parts would still be bikers though I expect, and as yet there still isn't anything in pipeline for self riding bikes or ashtrays (for something to do)
