Another hello!

Just joined the forum.
I live in Suffolk, UK, and have placed a map pin on my village.
I've looked at a few postings and seen the posting from Claudius.
I also have a Tischer Cabin. The base vehicle is a Land Rover Defender 130.
I started to look at camper bodies in 1998 while in Germany attending a Land Rover 50th Anniversary event. Then I towed a c????n in the UK and a tent in Europe. I saw so many camper body conversions, so decided to have my own.
I attended a few ALLRAD shows at Bad Kissingen, Germany, where there were many makers displaying.
I looked at a NorthStar in the UK but quickly rejected it, selecting 5 from Europe for my short-list. So in February 2005, I travelled to Europe to visit those on my list.
Top of the list was Tischer, who I visited first. I was so impressed with the attitude of the owner and his staff that I placed an order. I did not bother to visit the other four!
In June 2005 I went to Germany to collect the cabin. I've never regretted it's purchase.
