I'm only looking at a tiny phone pic, but have seen a similar version made by Westfalia in the 60's- Its for a scooter or small motorcycle. The twin towbar thing gives stability and lower noseweight, and locks it straight..sort of like a fixed rear extension.
The point if it is ease of reversing. Just reverse as normal, the supermarket trolley wheels will swivel

Yep, lightweight motorcycle trailer - don't think I could get my Triumph on it!

The ramp to get the bike up onto the platform is stored on its side at the front.

Looks kinda neat but also rather weird!

I saw one like this on the back of a motorhome in Portugal, carried his motorbike on it drove it on from the side.
It doesn't put much weight on the back and tows more stable, wheels follow and pivot like castors.

I think you might you know Martin. We saw something remarkably similar to this at one of the German shows a couple of years ago, it may even have been the same thing. It was being demonstrated in the arena with a 'Bavarian Tractor' on it - if it can take one of those it should be able to cope with a real bike :D. It seemed to work incredibly well by the way.

So.. this is what I was talking about above... Same idea, but single 'trolley' wheel for lightweight camping trailer - non of that irritating 'folding up' thing that small hard-to-see trailers just love to do when reversing...
