I bought a new happijac leg and weighed it with the motor fitted , 16kg ! 64 kg for all four . Does anyone leave the legs at home ? I am thinking of taking the back legs off and putting in the back seat .

Well in fact I do leave the fronts behind unless we're planning on dropping it off for a day or two
partly weight partly laziness in not winding them open and closed to stow them

Where did you get it from in the end?

I got it from Niche. It was a lot cheaper in USA but by the time you add on shipping and vat there wasn't much in it . And if it goes wrong it's easier to take back.
Out of interest Niche supplied a 4160 leg which is the updated version of the 4150

I did the same with a few bits and pieces when I had my Northstar. Greg was always happy to help.

I always leave them on. firstly because the stowing sytem on SKarosser is easy, neat and tidy.
Secondly, in case of some unexpedted breakdown meaning we can still use the camper while truck is being fixed.
Not weighed mine but by feel I`d say 10kg each. (Manual)
