Demountable camper group

Following Steve's comments about Knauss earlier today, I came across this old advert for one and though it worth hosting the images

Don't forget there is that promotional video too (which makes it look huge inside) - though there are some scenes that might be unsuitable for modern sensibilities.

We had a Knaus Traveller motorhome some years back. Well made but proved to be to big for us really and this particular design wasted space.

Know you comments on poor use of space in these campers but they do look pretty good inside al the same,
there is of course the weight issue, all that apparently pointless extra aerodynamic skirting on the lower sides adding weight

Are they a heavy camper then in that picture on the VW it looks to be carrying it ok
