Add an image beside username (with help)

Add a personal image beside your username for fun, now I've made the process simpler
1; open this http://www.superresize.me/ and as it says choose any image from your PC

2;

3; It will collect whichever one you fancy, then you scroll down the dimensions to 90x90 select stretch/squeeze the image (not crop)



it will say something like "add to list" and ask you to type an anti-spam message message clue hit 'resize my image'

4; wait a minute while it processes the image, and this window appears, then hit its download line (in blue)



5; your reduced image will be saved on your desktop as a zip file, click to open it and your smaller image is now beside the file,
next open our site, go to user control panel>profiles>Edit Avatar
Edit profile
Edit signature
Edit Avatar
Edit account settings






6; 'choose a file for avatar' (it will be on desktop as 90x90 something)



7; submit it and you should get this message pop up in confirmation




For those of you having difficulty still, send me your image, I'll resize them and send back the image for you to insert in personal setting

Boo hoo. It doesny work with Safari. I was quite looking forward to having an avatar that works. (Unlike me)

Oh no safari, (cringe) I suppose this is that tablet again isn't it, I cant even open the resize site with safari installed here, but then I only ever use it as a camera monitor,


Keith is there the option of downloading a modern browser onto that device as an app?

There is a version of Firefox. But it gets mixed reviews. I'll try plan B first.

Mail it back to you complete
all YOU need to then do is drop it into your profile in your own profile, where it asks for'Avatar' (difficulty level 2/10)
