Looks like this one is on sale again having been bought at the auction??? by a dealer.

Like you say this one appears quite old. Am looking for something newer personally. I have been looking at SBS adventure campers web site. They are quite close to me in Portland. Am doing my research before I call for an appointment to see what they could do for me.

and honestly it looks alright, not sure about the adverts typical attention to detail from a dealer
proper descriptive term for something of that value might have been encouraging

I am interested in their DC-250 'Runner' model. Like the look and size. Now I have researched a few I feel I know what fit out I want so need to do a visit and see how 'bespoke' they could do and the all important point, what the cost would be. I have quite a good budget but want to keep the costs down. Don't we all?! I came across an Italian site today, mondopickup.it. Now there is my demountable design dream ......molto bella!!

100 miles up the M6 and two months later, up £4k.
I had a look at their stock and they appear to hold a good selection of pick up trucks, i reckon they just took a punt on it, knowing they could move the Navara on. Still looks a nice outfit, although a tad expensive, in my humble opinion.
Has anyone in the DCG been tempted and had a viewing?

It's only about 20 miles from me.
I was thinking of having a nosey, just to see what the Lely is like compared to mine.
I bet the chassis hasn't been upgraded though.
I'll be looking for cracks etc.

It's a king cab Andrew. Much less prone to snapping. Better safe than sorry though.

I know it is, I was gonna stick my head underneath & wait to see the guys reaction when I stated to rip it to bits.
Just fancied a nosey at the camper

I, too, would be very interested in what you make of the chassis, as you have modified your's. I'm actually in two minds as what to do, being that i own a Nissan Navara Kingcab that i hope one day to get a Demountable for.
In the meantime, my ongoing pairing of the Mazda with the 'Unknown' Demountable is now in Year six, so no rush.

If you go to see it I would love to hear your thoughts on it compared to the Karosser. Top of the list for the next one would be a Tischer because of the larger shower room but these look very good also.
