Latest on the new Hi-Lux is now July/August, though if I wait a smidge longer, the new Isuzu looks ok, albeit with a 2 litre twin turbo. So the Hi-Lux is still top of my list.

A couple of updates. The latest L200, having initially come with only a 3 year warranty, seems to now be coming with the old pickup's 5 year 125K one. I'm guessing loads of their customers asked why the new one only came with a 3 year 100K warranty and, like myself, said it would affect their decision to buy one. I'm hoping Toyota will see the light on the new Hi-Lux and offer a 5 year 125K warranty as well.
