We're selling our house in Wales. Very quiet, but not isolated, ten minutes from Carmarthen. Surrounded by farmland, 3-5 bedrooms, big kitchen, annexe potential, outbuildings, paddock, lots of room:

In the middle of winter we were seriously considering Australia. We quite like Somerset.

Somerset is nice we have been here nearly 20 years (where has the time gone) as long as you don't live on the flat lands with risk of flooding it's a great place, people drive through it to get to Devon and Cornwall and miss such wonderful places and people,

I'd like hardstanding ideally and a sea view is a must, EHU with enough juice for hair straighteners without tripping everyone out
(but 13A socket will suffice)
