Door retainer replacement inquiry?

Hi Everyone

I just wondered if any Member has a door catch like this one. The rubber is split & now the door will not remain open.

I'm not sure what this type of catch is called to search for a replacement rubber or a complete new assembly, can anyone Help?

Last one we bought was something very much like these from Amazon but most of them look like this these days
so you might not find another in metal like yours

I have ordered this, not the same length spigot but it was mainly to get the Female part & i couldn't find anywhere to get just the rubber retainer on it's own, annoying as this has worked out a bit more expensive.

I will keep looking, i'm guessing it's an American item as it is on an imported Northstar.
