Most people manage perfectly OK with having bags installed (rear axle) a pair of valves somewhere accessible like inner wheel arch or towbar rail, and a simple 12V compressor from Halfords, one of those will air up in a minute or less,

I only went a bit further through boredom really and installed a complete on-board system so I can not only run the suspension but an air line off the reservoir at back of chassis. this isn't necessary but if you find yourself drawn to it,
I'll detail what you need and a guide how to fix it all up

Btw, I am currently self medicating from a litre bottle of Metaxa 7star, having been laid low by a damn cissy flu bug. This is why the lozenge project has gone quiet for a few days

I like the idea of an onboard tank might be usefull for other things like inflating tyres air beds ect so please post details.

I have started to look into it but I won't have it in place when I fetch the camper.

Having the airbag kit installed when you go might be worth it, you can add to this basic set-up at your leisure just as much as you like,
for the Apollo with its labour saving powered legs it's easy, Skarroser however are all manual (like most else campers) and I decided it would make load and unload much easier and quicker on air,
as opposed all that walking around winding legs up & down here, then there, then there, then back to first leg again

Anyone got a rear view camera? Any good? Wired or wireless?
Will plod will accept a camera as a substitute for a mirror?
