We have noticed a general trend of inertia amongst some of you here,
whether its the chocolate intake or overall lack of Madonna-ishness not sure, either way I'm gonna ask Keith to draw up a helpful keep fit scheme we'll string together perhaps into a helpful infographic based on His military background

shall I print some off to hand out in June :D

Hmmm, while you lot are running around the field and dropping for 20, I'll watch with a beer and be scorekeeper.

Based on my wide experience of various types of combat I reccomend a tasty Spanish chorizo lightly fried and served with lemon juice and salt, accompanied by a Greek salad, washed down with Belgian beer and all finished off with a good Scottish single malt. I cannot be held responsible for lack of personal fitness of members who do not follow this or the equivalent regime.

The one piece of knowledge I am at Liberty to divulge from my vast training is this- BULLSHIT BAFFLES BRAINS

Z; (I was thinking more 'starjumps' and scaling walls with toggle ropes that kind of thing, shall we discuss it later?)

I'm under instructions to put weight on so you'll find me taking it easy

My exercise quotient for the weekend is planned to be walking between rigs , introducing myself and bumming a cup of tea (will supply own cup and in true folk festival style it will be clipped to my belt when not in use)

RichC has a doctor's note, many others of you Dont
and the absence of key trigger words:
Sprint, win, race, pursue or indeed anything suggesting agility seem curiously absent.

It's the CC benchmark of inertia here we find so alarming, and something that should be addressed

urgently.

How can you compare the quirky, anarchic, non-conformist bunch of ne'er-do-wells that drive adapted working vehicles with sheds on the back with anything remotely CC. I can see you need remedial treatment. See my previous post on the matter. That's what I'm saying.

That's a scary looking picture. I hope this ain't some kind of Adolf syndrome coming out in our illustrious leader?
