A shaky start with coverage dropping out first thing in morning, it settled down to 'normal' since,
the follow-up phone call promised didn't arrive,
this level of customer service has been made numerous times previously so hardly a surprise,


we know it depends on location and pot luck on behalf the customers but I'll avoid EE after contract finishes, may even go PAYG

We had a dongle with 02 that worked ok with the laptop, pay as you go was usually no more than a fiver a month
