I use them too, some of their telephone sales staff seem to have been on the same customer service course as doctors receptionists though. The seething loathing of people wanting to spend money is quite transparent.

...Then again I fly Ryanair a lot, so I'll put up with pretty anything for a deal.

Actually we have bought Land rover parts from these before, the parts were OK service about the same but they are affordable and now they do Japanese parts too I would use them again certainly
