On the FB page someone saw one of these in use last weekend,

"Hi Guys n Gals, I met up with a coupe of mates at a bike meeting over the weekend but due to technical issues they were bike less but came with their latest toy. Does anyone know where you an get hold of one of these toasters that Loretta was showing us, which can be used on a petrol camping stove, without the petrol flavour seeping into the bread? She bought hers from Spain, so It's become known to us all as a Spanish Toaster! I really need one to enhance my bike camping experience"

I don't think it's a toaster at all. We have a very similar device which we bought some years ago as a 'heat disperser'. The idea is that you put it under a pan on a gas ring and it distributes the heat more evenly and widely. It works too! We got ours at a motorhome show from D&F Promotions who were well known as the source of the double skillet but who I think may no longer be in business. I'll take a pic of our thing and post it.

Sorry, looked at the forum before I looked at FB. Andy obviously nailed it some time ago.

Lots of holes so not for our our outside spirit stoves - four-star toast. Ok for the inside gas tho'

How about one of these? that should work.
