Not to my knowledge, though the Ranger does have issues with the clutch dual mass flywheel, but then, so do most modern vehicles with these.
On the subject of carrying capacity of the new Navarra, I believe it's only 940kg on a double cab.
My '07 Rangber's dual mass flywheel needed changing at around 90,000 miles :roll: I suspect I was putting it through a fair bit of load towing / reversing the horse trailer and steep hill starts with the camper on. For the last 20,000 miles I've had the ability to use low ratio in rear wheel drive on the road, so that will have reduced the shock load on the clutch a lot. Hopefully the replacement will last.

No problems with the chassis so far, but being supercab means more camper is in front of the rear axle which helps the chassis.

Well, it's about time too. However, it'll just about render every 2.0L Amarok obsolete and... what kind of software wizardry have they cooked up to make it Euro 6 on the motor industry's emissions lie-ometer. :D

Well its going to be nearer the front of everyones mind now, and its not as though it was the first time VW have been caught out

no compensation for European/UK owners either now
